    Job Title : Administrative Assistant

    Hours: Thursdays 11:30 am – 7:30 pm (With opportunitiy for sick and vacation coverage at
    BIM Newton or any of our other BIM/LHC sites.)

    Location : Newton

    Employment Status: Casual

    Job Summary:

    You will be responsible for assisting with front desk reception coverage, data entry of new referrals, uploading and faxing program reports, billing of completed programs, entering data collection into PowerApp, providing back up support for other administrative staff when needed.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    We invite candidates with 6 months to 1 year of similar experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, intermediate skills in MS Office, Zoom, Outlook, MS Teams, etc. If you enjoy helping people and being part of a collaborative team, bring your exceptional customer service and communication skills along with your ability to problem solve and organize multiple priorities.

    Hourly rate starts at $17/hour depending on experience.
