Remote Customer Care Representative

    We are hiring full-time, Remote Customer Care Representative to work with our expanding Customer Care team. It is not necessary to have prior experience; we will provide you with a structured training program to prepare you for success in your role. We are looking for self-assured communicators who are eager to learn and acquire essential Customer Care skills.


    We encourage applications from people with a variety of backgrounds, including students, recent graduates wishing to gain work experience, and working parents looking for a more flexible role.

    Main responsibilities:

    Provide efficient assistance for incoming phone calls (no sales activity is involved)
    Maintaining and updating the CRM system in a timely and efficient manner
    Always deliver a first-rate customer experience, going above and beyond to satisfy our clients
    Keep abreast of all pertinent corporate policies and procedures, follow them, and verify that data entry is accurate.
