    What you’ll be doing:

    • Create, plan and implement effective sales strategy to achieve sales and revenue targets
    • Identify and target new business opportunities and potential customers
    • Explore customer needs, overcome any objection and provide best solutions to meet their requirements
    • Keep track of industry trade shows and conferences, represent ComForCare at various events or trade shows and prospect new clients or referral sources.
    • Keep yourself up to date with latest industry trends and rules and regulation
    • Build and maintain relationships within home care community by building effective on-going sales opportunities with Medical Clinics, Social Workers, Senior Care Facilities, Hospital staff, Discharge coordinators, Independent Living and Assisted Living sites and other referrals sources
    • Conduct minimum of 25 outbound sales calls per week or more as per the need
    • Help manage social media effectiveness by participating in marketing activities
    • Screening of current strategies and implement required improvement on regular basis

    What we’re looking for:

    • A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
    • Previous marketing position in homecare or related industry
    • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
    • Have an existing network with doctor’s offices, social workers, hospital staff, senior facilities is a bonus
    • Have a vehicle and valid drivers licence
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent presentation skill
    • Excellent Computer skill
